At GIHPA, we understand that sometimes items purchased online may not work out for you, and you may need to return them for a refund. We value our customers and strive to provide excellent service. Below are the guidelines for our returns policy:
Returns Eligibility
- We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging. Some items may come with the original SKU label.
- We do not facilitate exchanges of any kind.
Return Procedure
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving all items in the order (return window based on the exact time of delivery).
Late Return Requests
- If you missed the specified timeframe for any reason but still wish to request a return and refund, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
- Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
- In such cases, please contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund in the form of store credit.

- Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your refund.
